maps Cataclysm [UPDATED]


addition to maps and Gilneas Greymane City (in the post Art Panel) and the maps of all dungeons (in post Dungeons and Raids Panel ), were shown at Blizzcon 2009 maps for (almost) all the new areas of Azeroth . Dato che la qualità delle mappe non permette di leggere tutte le scritte, un utente di World of Raids ha pensato bene di chiarire la maggior parte delle diciture per renderle di migliore compressione.

Mancano all'apello solo le mappe di Tol Barad, la nuova zona PvP di cui ora sappiamo solo la posizione , e Kezan, che si potrà visitare solo con un Goblin appena creato (una serie di quest porterà presto a naufragare nella vera zona di partenza dei Goblin, le Lost Isles, non sarà possibile tornare su Kezan dato che sarà rasa al suolo da un eruzione vuolcanica).

A parte qualche porcata sulla stregoneria italiana, la Venexia è un'ottima casa editrice: se non ci fosse lei dubito che certi testi farebbero la comparsa nelle librerie italiane.

[BlizzCon 2009] World of Warcraft Art Panel [UPDATED X2]


Sebbene la conferenza sull'arte di World of Warcraft sia una delle meno importanti, ci sono alcune cose che ci tengo a riferirvi.

Si è parlato principalmente del rinnovo della grafica nel vecchio continente e delle nuove ambientazioni. E' veramente da sottolineare il restyle dell'acqua , lo potete notare nel video dello scorso post e nello screnshots delle Lost Isles qui sotto.

Ci sono ancora un paio di cose che vorrei dire sull'Art Panel di World of Warcraft. La prima è questo video che mostra nei dettagli la nuova zona di partenza dei Worgen. Purtroppo è in bassa definizione perché è stato ripreso con una videocamera dall'evento.



Come ultima cosa, ma più importanti of the past ... you study the transformation from human to Worgen! I would say that the water has improved enormously, but in some cases tends to seem too much oil, especially in the case of the Sea (screenshot below). I hope there's still some work to fit a few waves and ripples and with whom would become perfect.
