The shamans of the Silk Road.
I enjoyed this book, although I found it just a little ' boring exposition (but of course it is a purely subjective opinion), almost a diary of the author's journey toward the formulation of the theories and history of its excavation (with a little 'adventures in the former Soviet Union).
E' nice to have confirmation that already in the 50s there were findings of women buried with weapons, but of course non se li era cagati nessuno (oggi scrivo come parlo eh...).

Per me il belo di questo libro è stato l'avvicinarmi a popolazioni nomadi di cui sapevo poco e niente. Ne sono rimasta davvero affascinata e spero di poter approfondire l'argomento!
A parte qualche porcata sulla stregoneria italiana, la Venexia è un'ottima casa editrice: se non ci fosse lei dubito che certi testi farebbero la comparsa nelle librerie italiane.
